Role Purpose
The Team Leader – Inbound & Outbound Sales is responsible for leading, managing, and optimizing PAYable’s inbound and outbound sales operations to maximize lead conversion, merchant acquisition, deployment, and revenue performance.
This role is accountable for ensuring strong lead management discipline, high conversion efficiency, strong pipeline visibility, and consistent team performance across the entire sales funnel.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage daily inbound and outbound sales operations
• Monitor lead allocation and ensure timely follow-up through CRM
• Drive team productivity across contact attempts and meaningful contacts
• Improve lead-to-application and application-to-deployment conversion rates
• Monitor pipeline performance and team sales funnel efficiency
• Ensure documentation quality and minimize rework
• Drive deployment targets and collections performance
• Coach team members and conduct performance reviews
• Coordinate with Marketing, Back Office, Bank, Deployment, and Finance teams
• Escalate operational issues and performance risks proactively
