Role Purpose
The Senior Sales Executive – Inbound & Outbound Sales is responsible for converting inbound and outbound leads into deployed merchants while maintaining strong sales productivity, conversion efficiency, and pipeline performance.
This role combines strong telesales execution with coaching responsibilities, supporting junior team members while driving consistent merchant acquisition and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage inbound and outbound leads assigned through CRM
• Conduct structured follow-ups through calls and digital channels
• Maintain high contact attempts and meaningful contact ratios
• Convert leads into applications and successful deployments
• Promote PAYable products and solutions effectively
• Ensure timely and accurate application submission in Mastercore
• Collect initial payments, device payments, and rental payments
• Support documentation quality and approval success
• Coach and support Sales Executives to improve performance
• Maintain strong performance across all assigned KPIs
