Role Purpose
The Sales Executive – Digital Payments is responsible for acquiring, onboarding, and activating merchants across PAYable’s IPG and LINK solutions, with primary focus on LINK-driven opportunities and faster merchant activation cycles.
This role focuses on discovery, qualification, merchant onboarding, go-live activation, and collections while contributing to PAYable’s digital payments growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive merchant acquisition across IPG and LINK products with strong focus on LINK
• Conduct discovery calls and merchant meetings to identify merchant requirements
• Generate qualified opportunities and manage sales pipeline effectively
• Promote PAYable digital payment solutions and close opportunities efficiently
• Ensure timely application submission and merchant onboarding
• Support merchant activation, go-live, and deployment
• Collect onboarding fees and payment-related collections
• Coordinate with Product, Tech, Back Office, and Finance teams
• Support smooth merchant onboarding and activation
• Maintain strong performance across all assigned KPIs
