Role Purpose

The Senior Merchant Receivables Executive is responsible for overseeing PAYable’s merchant receivables function, ensuring timely collections, efficient payment settlement, accurate reconciliation, and strong financial control across all merchant-related receivables.

This role is accountable for managing collections performance, reducing overdue receivables, maintaining billing accuracy, and ensuring all receivables operations are executed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Merchant Receivables operations and coordinate the receivables team

• Monitor collections performance across rentals, pending payments, and overdue balances

• Drive overdue recovery and minimize aged receivables

• Ensure timely payment settlement and financial reconciliation

• Monitor billing accuracy across invoices and quotations

• Ensure all receivables logs, trackers, and reports are updated accurately

• Support commission process and agent clearance activities

• Manage escalations related to collections, settlements, and reconciliation

• Coordinate with Sales, Merchant Success, Operations, and Finance teams

• Maintain strong performance across all assigned KPIs
