Hype Invention is a digital marketing agency based in Colombo. Our team consists of young, dynamic Content Writers, Marketing Specialists, Designers, and Web Developers. With a focus on global clients, our portfolio includes projects from Europe, Australia, Canada, and the United States.

What will you be doing?

• Create marketing strategies for clients and ensure the delivery of key items
• Mapping out the tasks needed to execute marketing strategies
• Ensuring the customers and management are satisfied with the proposed marketing campaigns and their subsequent results
• Collaborating with other teams to fulfil the marketing requirements of clients
• Determining campaign budgets and requirements across each function
• Maintaining an up-to-date understanding of clients, their products and services, and their target audiences

What will you need to be considered?

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project management, Marketing or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in project management, ideally in marketing
• Agency experience would be an added advantage
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
• Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
