We manage teams of high-performing, dedicated software engineers for our global clientele, providing them with end-to-end software development and maintenance services through team augmentation.

We are looking for an AI Capability & Delivery Lead to drive AI adoption across our engineering teams and help our clients unlock new opportunities through AI-powered solutions.

What you’ll do:

• Lead AI enablement initiatives across engineering teams.
• Identify opportunities where AI can create value for client products.
• Build proofs of concept (PoCs), prototypes, and reference implementations.
• Guide teams on the responsible and effective use of AI tools and technologies.
• Assess the feasibility, business value, and implementation approach for AI initiatives.
• Conduct workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions to accelerate AI adoption.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong understanding of modern AI concepts, AI agents, and prompt engineering.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot and Cursor).
• Experience working with LLMs such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or Azure AI Services.
• Solid software engineering skills in Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with cloud-based AI and machine learning (ML) services.
• Ability to evaluate, benchmark, and select AI models for specific use cases.
• Understanding of AI observability, evaluation, testing, and guardrails.
• Experience with model fine-tuning (or knowledge of when and why to fine-tune).
• Ability to assess the feasibility, costs, and implementation effort of AI initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 2 years delivering AI-enabled solutions.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain AI concepts effectively to stakeholders.
• Experience in software services or consulting environments is preferred.
