Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify target markets, customer needs and competitor activities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals and social media outreach.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to showcase company products and services.
• Arrange and attend meetings with prospective clients to understand their business requirements.
• Gather client feedback and collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and service delivery.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, revenue projections and business growth reports.
• Negotiate and close deals while ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or a similar role.
• Degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of CRM software and sales management tools.
• Sound understanding of sales, marketing and negotiation techniques.
• Exceptional networking and relationship building abilities.
• Self-motivated, target oriented and driven to achieve results.
