Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Business Leadership

  • Define and execute the company’s long-term vision and growth strategy.
  • Drive sustainable business growth and market penetration.
  • Identify strategic opportunities in digital identity, digital signature, authentication, and trust services.
  • Position the company as a trusted digital trust platform in Indonesia.

Commercial Growth & Partnerships

  • Lead enterprise business development and strategic account growth.
  • Build strong partnerships with financial institutions, enterprises, regulators, and ecosystem partners.
  • Drive commercialization and adoption of digital trust solutions.
  • Expand recurring and transaction-based revenue streams.

Product & Innovation

  • Collaborate with product and technology teams to strengthen platform capabilities and customer experience.
  • Ensure continuous innovation aligned with market needs and regulatory developments.
  • Support development of scalable digital identity and authentication solutions.

Operational Management

  • Oversee company operations including sales, partnerships, product, technology, finance, and people functions.
  • Ensure organizational scalability and operational excellence.
  • Implement performance-driven operational frameworks and governance.

Leadership & Culture

  • Build and mentor a high-performing leadership organization.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, agility, integrity, and collaboration.
  • Develop organizational capabilities to support rapid growth.

Governance & External Representation

  • Report strategic performance and business updates to shareholders and board members.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant digital trust, data protection, and electronic transaction regulations.
  • Represent the company in strategic meetings, conferences, and industry engagements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • MBA or postgraduate degree is an advantage.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience with at least 5 years in executive leadership roles.
  • Proven experience in digital platforms, enterprise technology, SaaS, digital identity, or technology-enabled businesses.
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation, authentication systems, enterprise technology, and digital ecosystems.
  • Strong commercial, operational, and strategic leadership capability.
  • Experience leading organizational scale-up and revenue growth.
  • Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
