Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Develop and execute the company’s long-term business strategy and growth roadmap.
• Identify new market opportunities, service expansion initiatives, and strategic partnerships.
• Lead the company’s expansion into enterprise and regional markets.
• Position the organization as a trusted cybersecurity leader in Indonesia.

Commercial & Business Growth

• Drive enterprise sales growth and revenue expansion.
• Build strategic relationships with C-level executives, government stakeholders, and industry partners.
• Expand recurring revenue through managed security services and subscription-based offerings.
• Lead strategic negotiations and enterprise partnerships.

Operational Excellence

• Oversee day-to-day business operations across commercial, delivery, technology, finance, and people functions.
• Ensure scalability, operational efficiency, and execution excellence.
• Establish KPI-driven performance management across the organization.

Cybersecurity & Innovation

• Collaborate with technical leadership to strengthen cybersecurity service offerings and innovation initiatives.
• Ensure the organization remains updated with emerging cyber threats, regulatory changes, and technology trends.
• Support development of AI-driven security operations and advanced cyber defense capabilities.

Leadership & Organizational Development

• Build and lead a high-performing leadership team.
• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, agility, and customer-centricity.
• Develop talent strategy to attract and retain top cybersecurity professionals.

Governance & Stakeholder Management

• Report company performance and strategic initiatives to shareholders and board members.
• Ensure strong corporate governance, compliance, and risk management practices.
• Represent the company in industry forums, conferences, and executive engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• MBA or postgraduate degree is preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience with at least 5 years in senior executive leadership roles.
• Proven experience scaling technology, cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise solutions businesses.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity ecosystem, enterprise IT, cloud, digital infrastructure, or managed services.
• Strong commercial and strategic partnership capabilities.
• Experience managing P&L and organizational growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
