In this role, you’ll manage customer interactions, support requests, and assist in crafting engaging learning events to boost platform adoption and enjoyment.
Additionally, you’ll communicate new features and platform USPs to customers, potential clients, and stakeholders as part of our marketing communications across online and social channels.
Key Responsibilities
● Communicate with customers on a regular basis in assessing platform health, usage and enhancement requirements.
● Manage inquiries and support tickets from customers in coordination with the technical support team.
● Run Proof-Of-Concept initiatives in understanding the customer’s learning culture and their requirements prior to platform implementation.
● Running onboarding and training programs for new customers in helping them familiarize themselves with the system.
● Create and distribute newsletters that promote platform features and updates to our clientele.
● Upsell new features, content, and add-ons to existing customers, ensuring they receive maximum value from our solutions.
● Tracking all targets, deadlines, deliverables and timelines in an organized manner and reporting to Management on a weekly basis.
● Identify client challenges and offer effective solutions to enhance their experience with our platform.
Qualifications
● A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Customer Relationship Management is an advantage.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and Sinhala.
● Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
● Experience in account management or public relations is beneficial.
● Technical knowledge in AWS, HubSpot, and Jira is an added advantage.
● Experience in roles related to account management and public relations will be to your benefit.
● Technical knowledge in AWS would be an added advantage
