What You’ll Do:
HR Generalist Support & Coordination:
- Act as a friendly first point of contact for routine employee HR inquiries, providing basic information and escalating complex issues to the team.
- Assist in day-to-day HR operations and support team initiatives that keep our workplace thriving.
- Contribute to fostering positive working relationships and a welcoming culture across the company.
Front Office, Visitor & Meeting Coordination:
- Welcome guests, candidates, and clients with a warm and professional demeanor, handling visitor registration and coordination.
- Manage meeting room bookings, ensuring spaces are organized, tidy, and equipped for scheduled discussions.
- Coordinate internal logistics for office visits, deliveries, and external stakeholders.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Support:
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including managing candidate communication, scheduling interviews, and keeping our applicant tracking systems updated.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have a smooth, well-guided, and welcoming first week.
- Assist the team in drafting job descriptions and posting vacancies on various job portals.
Schedule Management & Engagement:
- Assist with schedule management and calendar coordination for key HR and office events.
- Help organize fun and impactful employee engagement activities, team-building events, and celebrations.
- Assist in administering employee surveys and gathering feedback to improve our workplace.
Learning, Development & Operations Assistance:
- Help coordinate the logistics, scheduling, and materials for internal training programs and workshops.
- Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and digital files throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Support daily HR administrative tasks (such as tracking leave or organizing department supplies) to ensure overall team efficiency.
What You Bring:
- An educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in a Human Resources role, with exposure to recruitment, training, employee relations, and general HR administration.
- A strong passion for people, HR generalist practices, and office administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to connect with people.
- Great organizational skills, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple small tasks effectively.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to handle sensitive workplace information with absolute discretion.
- Prior leadership experience in university clubs or volunteer work is a great plus!
