We are looking for a Manager – Social Media to lead, manage, and scale our digital presence across international markets and drive brand growth through integrated digital and performance marketing strategies.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement global digital and performance marketing strategies across key platforms and lead global campaign planning.
- Oversee paid media planning and investments across markets, ensuring budget efficiency and strong ROI/ROAS.
- Monitor, optimize, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools and drive data-driven decisions.
- Work with the creative team to ensure consistent brand content and provide regional teams with assets and frameworks.
- Collaborate with regional and e-commerce teams to drive traffic, sales, and conversions through digital campaigns.
- Partner with CRM Lead to align digital touchpoints with CRM frameworks and support regional adoption.
- Manage global agencies and vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure performance meets KPIs and standards.
- Lead, guide, and train regional teams while fostering collaboration, innovation, and best-practice sharing.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital and performance marketing with exposure to global markets.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest, YouTube, GA4, and programmatic platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, reporting dashboards, and attribution modelling.
- Strong understanding of CRM frameworks, customer journeys, and marketing automation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder, and vendor management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple international markets while maintaining global brand consistency.
