🎯 Job Description

The Customer Advisor drives vehicle sales by understanding customer requirements, building strong relationships, and delivering an excellent buying experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle sales leads and engage customers actively.

• Deliver professional product presentations.

• Negotiate deals and handle customer objections.

• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless vehicle delivery.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

🎓 Qualification & Experience

• Education: Any Graduate or 2-year Diploma holder.

• Preferred: Sales and Marketing qualification is an added advantage.

• Experience: 1 to 5 years.

• Freshers: Must possess an aptitude and orientation for a sales career.

• Laterals: Minimum 1 year of direct sales experience in Auto, Consumer Durables, or Financial Services.

• Driving License: Must possess a 4-wheel driving license.

• Note: Candidates without a DL at the time of the interview must provide an undertaking to obtain one within 3 months of joining.
