Job Role:

To capture high-volume manufacturing demands across North America, the International Business Department is rapidly expanding its executive presence in the United States. The organization promotes an ambitious, high-performance "hunter" culture driven by global technical seminars and enterprise-level client acquisition. By integrating top regional leaders with deep market intelligence in machinery, the company continues to advance smart packaging automation on a global scale.

The US-based Foreign Sales Manager is a senior commercial leadership role responsible for driving market penetration, client onboarding, and brand development across the region. This position carries full commercial accountability for regional revenues, managing the entire customer lifecycle from identifying large-scale enterprise leads to closing high-value machinery agreements. The role requires an independent, results-oriented professional capable of expanding dealer networks, organizing technical exchange events, and aligning regional operations with global strategic directives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Market Expansion: Develop and execute localized B2B sales strategies and aggressive commercial action plans to capture industrial packaging market share across the US.
  • Lead Generation & Channel Management: Systematically identify, negotiate with, and secure high-value manufacturing clients and master distribution channel partners.
  • Technical Seminars & Marketing: Organize regional commercial marketing events, trade exhibitions, and advanced technical exchange seminars to showcase the capabilities of intelligent production lines.
  • Intelligence Gathering: Collect and analyze regional market data, pricing trends, competitor activities, and evolving environmental/manufacturing policies to refine market positioning.
  • Cross-Border Project Delivery: Collaborate closely with engineering, customer service, and logistics teams to ensure seamless machinery project deployment and after-sales satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements:

  • US citizen or long-term permanent resident able to join immediately.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher, ideally in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or International Trade.
  • 5–8 years of experience in high-value B2B industrial sales, including at least 3 years in managerial or strategic roles.
  • Strong background in selling automated packaging machinery, paper cup machines, or heavy industrial equipment, with expertise in long-cycle, capital-intensive negotiations.
  • Experience managing multi-tier distribution networks and dealer channels.
  • Entrepreneurial and self-driven, capable of independently managing a regional sales territory.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting complex technical solutions to executive-level stakeholders.
  • Professional fluency in English; proficiency in Chinese is a significant advantage.
