The Role
Are you passionate about building strong client relationships and driving business growth? We are looking for a commercially driven Account Manager to join our team and work closely with clients in the banking and financial services sector.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong relationship management background within the banking industry who is looking to transition into the technology and solutions space.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients within the banking and financial services sector
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling technology solutions
- Drive new business opportunities and support revenue growth
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable banking technology solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction
- Lead client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in relationship management, corporate banking, key account management, or business development within the banking sector
- Strong understanding of banking operations, products, and customer engagement practices
- Exposure to banking technology, digital banking solutions, core banking systems, or enterprise software solutions will be an added advantage
- Degree in Business, IT, Finance, or professional qualifications such as CIMA, MBA, CIM, or any recognized engineering discipline
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Self-driven, confident, and target-oriented professional
