Position: Senior Sales Manager Location: Kurunegala Compensation & Benefits : LKR 150,000 + Vehicle Allowance + 0.75% Sales Commission

Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a results - driven Senior Sales Manager to lead industrial sales operations and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities • Drive revenue growth and expand market presence • Develop strong relationships with corporate & industrial clients • Identify new business opportunities and manage key accounts • Lead and monitor sales team performance • Coordinate with production, QA & supply chain teams • Handle pricing negotiations, forecasts & customer requirements • Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Requirements • Minimum 4 years’ experience in Industrial/B2B Sales • Experience in plastic manufacturing, injection moulding & blowing preferred • Strong knowledge of industrial packaging solutions • Excellent leadership and business development skills
