We are looking for a results-driven professional with strong experience in international sales, client communication, and account management who thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities across international markets
- Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to closing deals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and strategic partners
- Handle account management strategizing to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Conduct discovery calls, presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups with prospects
- Collaborate closely with marketing and client servicing teams to align sales strategies
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines, reports, and client data using CRM platforms
- Track KPIs, sales performance, and revenue growth initiatives
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in business development, international sales, or account management
- Proven experience working with global clients and managing international accounts
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Hands-on experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar tools
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and sales opportunities simultaneously
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organized
- Experience in B2B sales and lead generation is an added advantage
- Excellent spoken and written English skills
