Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist with strong exposure to managing HR operations in a pharma or field-force driven organization. The role will focus on recruitment, payroll compliance, and end-to-end HR operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Field Staff and support roles.
• Handle bulk hiring and fast closures for field positions
• Coordinate with Regional / Sales Heads for manpower planning and approvals
• Maintain strong pipeline through consultants, job portals, and references
• Ensure smooth onboarding and joining of field staff
- HR Operations
• Manage complete employee lifecycle: onboarding to exit
• Maintain employee database, HRMS, and documentation
• Track attendance, leave, and field reporting systems (DCR/beat plans)
• Handle confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities
• Ensure policy implementation across regions
- Employee Engagement & Relations
• Act as a bridge between HO and field staff
• Address employee concerns, grievances, and retention issues
• Drive engagement initiatives for field teams
• Support performance management and disciplinary actions
- Payroll & Statutory Compliance
• Manage payroll inputs for field staff including attendance, travel allowances, incentives, and reimbursements
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Bonus, and other labour laws
• Handle state-wise compliance requirements (especially Maharashtra & Gujarat)
• Coordinate with accounts for salary processing and audits
• Maintain statutory records and support inspections
Key Skills & Competencies:
• Knowledge of payroll and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, etc.)
• Experience in field force hiring and bulk recruitment
• Understanding of pharma sales structure and hierarchy
• Good data handling and analytical skills (MS Excel)
• Strong coordination and communication skills
Qualifications & Experience:
• MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent
• 3 to 6 years of experience in Pharma with field-force handling experience
• Hands-on experience in payroll compliance and HR operations

Required Qualification/Education: Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) or equivalent
