What will you be doing?

• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Meet customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents

What will you need to be considered?

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
• Strong abilities to function well in a fast-paced and pressurized work environment.
• The ability to handle multiple tasks, to prioritize those tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent English communication skills(Written & verbal)
• Exposure in call centers/ BPO organizations/Digital marketing agencies
• Should be able to work from 5am to 2pm (Sri Lankan time)
