Role Overview

We’re looking for confident and driven Calling Agents to join our outbound team. Your main responsibility will be to engage prospects via cold calling, qualify leads, and book meetings for our clients.

This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable speaking with international clients, thrives in a target-driven environment, and is eager to grow in sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to US-based prospects
• Introduce services and create interest through structured conversations
• Qualify leads based on defined criteria
• Book meetings for the sales team
• Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in CRM systems
• Meet daily/weekly call and booking targets

Requirements

• Strong verbal communication skills in English
• Neutral accent preferred
• Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales is a plus
• Ability to work during US hours (night shift)
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven
• Basic understanding of B2B sales or willingness to learn
