We’re looking for an Associate Project Manager (ArchViz) to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of architectural visualization projects across multiple client engagements. This role involves working closely with clients, 3D artists, and internal teams to keep projects on track, manage evolving requirements, and ensure outputs meet expected timelines and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple architectural visualization projects from planning through final delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality expectations are met;
- Coordinate with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage feedback cycles through structured communication;
- Work closely with architectural visualizers and 3D artists across modelling, texturing, rendering, and post-production workflows;
- Track progress across multiple spaces and workstreams, following up on tasks to keep deliverables on schedule;
- Translate client requirements into clear tasks, references, and directions for production teams;
- Prepare project proposals, including scope definition, timelines, and effort estimates;
- Maintain sprint updates, effort tracking, and support project costing in coordination with finance teams;
- Maintain structured documentation across internal systems and shared drives;
- Support resource planning by tracking team availability and workload distribution;
- Identify and communicate risks, blockers, and dependencies during project execution;
- Review outputs and support post-production processes to maintain visual consistency and quality;
- Support end-to-end delivery, including planning, iterations, final output, and handover.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in project coordination or project management, preferably in a creative or architectural visualization environment;
- Familiarity with Agile practices, including conducting daily standups and working within sprint-based workflows;
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Clear and effective communication skills for working with clients and cross-functional teams;
- Experience in task tracking and documentation using tools such as Jira, Coda, or similar platforms;
- Ability to interpret requirements and translate them into structured tasks for execution;
- Strong attention to detail in visual output and presentation quality;
- Willingness to handle a range of responsibilities, with a proactive and curious mindset and the ability to adapt in a fast-moving environment.
Nice to Have
- Basic understanding of CAD and ability to interpret technical drawings;
- Familiarity with ArchViz workflows (3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, Unreal Engine, Blender);
- Experience with post-production tools such as Photoshop.
