Role Overview We are looking for a Fluent French-speaking Cold Calling Agent to support our outbound campaigns targeting French-speaking markets. You will be responsible for engaging prospects, delivering clear value-driven conversations, and qualifying leads for our clients.

This is a contract-based opportunity ideal for experienced callers or bilingual professionals based in Sri Lanka.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls in fluent French
• Introduce client services clearly and confidently
• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria
• Book meetings for sales teams
• Maintain accurate call notes and CRM updates
• Meet daily/weekly outreach targets

Requirements

• Fluency in French (spoken) is mandatory
• Strong English communication skills
• Prior experience in cold calling, telesales, or B2B outreach preferred
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
• Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
• Self-disciplined and able to work independently
