Layup is looking for a driven, confident, and results-oriented Sales Executive responsible for building relationships, converting opportunities, and closing deals beyond lead generation.
This role is for someone with a strong commercial mindset who knows how to identify prospects, pitch value, handle objections, and close business. You’ll play a key role in taking our services and products to both local and international markets, bringing in new clients, and turning interest into revenue.

What You Will Do:
- Identify, research and connect with potential clients while building a strong sales pipeline through outreach, networking, referrals, and follow-ups.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through negotiation to closing, ensuring opportunities are successfully converted into signed deals.
- Confidently present solutions, communicate value clearly, and tailor your pitch to client needs in order to secure new deals.
- Develop trust with prospects and clients, maintain regular engagement, and ensure a smooth and professional sales experience throughout.
- Understand our offerings in depth and position them effectively based on customer pain points, goals, and business requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activity. Meet targets, report progress regularly, and stay focused on revenue growth.
- Identify opportunities within existing clients to introduce additional services and products that support their growth.
What We Expect:
- 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation
- Corporate sales experience, preferably in IT
- Proven ability to convert prospects and close deals
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Confidence in dealing with decision-makers and business stakeholders
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend the right solutions
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially minded
- Familiarity with CRM systems, sales and Microsoft tools is an advantage
- Experience in selling services, digital solutions, or B2B offerings would be a plus
