Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize computer vision and AI pipelines for image analysis, visual quality assessment, and automated decision-making
• Apply NLP and LLM-based techniques for text analysis, prompt engineering, and AI-driven workflows
• Work with AI platforms and APIs, including model integration, vector stores, and prompt optimization
• Develop backend APIs and AI microservices using Python-based frameworks
• Integrate hardware devices, sensors, and peripheral systems with software applications
• Work with GPU-accelerated systems and optimize real-time inference pipelines
• Debug, maintain, and improve AI/ML systems deployed in production environments
• Maintain and improve containerized deployments using Docker
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI solutions and actionable insights
• Continuously evaluate and refine models, workflows, and system performance to meet business and operational requirements
• Engage in hands-on development using modern AI, machine learning, and automation technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 years of experience in machine learning, predictive modeling, or a closely related area, with a strong portfolio of hands-on project experience.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL, with a focus on developing machine learning algorithms and integrating data from diverse sources.
• Experience with data visualization, particularly using Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau, or other BI platforms.
• Experience with NLP, text analytics, and working with large language models (LLMs).
• Experience with AI platforms, such as the OpenAI API, including fine-tuning models, creating data vector stores, and prompt engineering.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with complex datasets to extract meaningful insights.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
• Experience in deploying models into production environments and working with cloud-based data platforms is a plus.
• Familiarity with big data technologies and frameworks such as Hadoop, Spark, or similar is advantageous.
