Zyner is an unlimited design subscription service helping startups and growing companies access high-quality design — without hiring in-house, managing freelancers, or juggling multiple agencies. We work with founders, operators, and marketing leaders who move fast and need design that keeps up.
We're scaling our sales operation and looking for a hungry, experienced appointment setter and closer who can cold call US prospects, book qualified calls, and close deals on those calls too.
What You'll Be Doing
- Cold call US-based prospects from scratch to generate interest in Zyner
- Follow up with warm leads who've shown interest but haven't booked a call
- Re-engage prospects who attended a call but didn't move forward
- Close qualified prospects on sales calls and convert them into paying clients
- Qualify leads based on design needs, timing, budget, and overall fit
- Book and confirm appointments and keep the pipeline active
- Maintain accurate records of outreach, lead status, calls, no-shows, and outcomes
- Work with the team to sharpen scripts, messaging, and conversion strategies
Compensation
- Commission-only role — your income is directly tied to your output
- Earn 5% of all cash collected from closed deals
- Strong performers closing quarterly and annual packages can realistically earn $8,000/month or more
- The ceiling is high — the floor depends entirely on you
Who This Is For
- You've cold called, booked meetings, and closed deals before
- You've been through a formal sales or appointment setting coaching program and put it into practice
- You know how to create urgency without pressure and handle objections without folding
- You follow up professionally and consistently without needing to be managed
- You are NOT looking for a base salary to coast on
- You are NOT new to sales and figuring things out on the job
- You are NOT someone who needs hand-holding
Requirements
- Strong, confident English communication skills — written and spoken
- Able to work US business hours reliably
- Proven experience cold calling and closing B2B deals
- Comfortable speaking with founders, marketing leaders, and business owners
- Strong follow-up discipline and CRM hygiene
- Able to quickly learn and clearly articulate Zyner's offer and positioning
- Previous experience in commission-only or performance-based sales roles
- Completion of a recognized sales or appointment setting coaching program (strong plus)
