The Role
We are currently looking for a Senior Implementation Consultant to independently manage end-to-end implementation and integration projects by translating client requirements into clearly defined scopes, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful, timely delivery of solutions aligned to the full RCM lifecycle.
The Timing
- Shift (SL time): Straddle 3:00 PM – 12:00 PM
- Work Week: Monday to Friday
- Other Features: Full-time/ US calendar applicable
Broad Areas of Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end implementation and integration projects, from requirement understanding through go-live and stabilization.
- Own and document project scope, workflow/solution diagrams, functional requirements, and implementation specifications.
- Translate and map data across multiple systems and various formats, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with client workflows.
- Work closely with development teams and project managers to plan, execute, and deliver implementation milestones.
- Independently manage assigned projects, seeking managerial support only for escalations or complex decision points.
- Apply strong understanding of the end-to-end RCM cycle to ensure implementations are operationally and financially sound.
- Support and guide onboarding activities by aligning system setup, data flows, and integrations with client needs.
- Collaborate with technical, product, and business teams to ensure solutions are implemented in the correct operational context.
- Participate in testing, validation, and quality assurance, ensuring deliverables meet agreed requirements before go-live.
- Identify implementation risks early and proactively propose mitigation strategies.
- Maintain strong, professional relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to support smooth delivery and long-term engagement.
- Contribute implementation insights and feedback to improve processes, documentation, and solution design.
Person Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in RCM.
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst or Customer Experience Specialist will be an added advantage.
- Prior exposure to implementation, onboarding, or integration-focused roles is preferred.
- Ability to independently manage complex implementations and integrations.
- Knowledge of HL7 and billing-related integrations is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical and operational scope.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High level of attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple workstreams in parallel.
