Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of complex AI solutions, with a focus on agentic and enterprise-scale systems.
• Own the technical execution of AI projects, ensuring high-quality delivery across the full lifecycle — from ideation to deployment and optimization.
• Collaborate closely with architects, data scientists, and product teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
• Provide hands-on leadership in building production-grade AI systems using Python and modern generative AI frameworks.
• Drive best practices in coding, system design, testing, and deployment across AI engineering teams.
• Guide and mentor engineers, fostering technical growth, accountability, and a high-performance engineering culture.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for AI initiatives, ensuring alignment between business goals and engineering execution.
• Ensure AI systems meet enterprise standards for scalability, reliability, security, and ethical compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, and innovation through AI-driven solutions.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and frameworks, and lead their adoption where relevant.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related discipline.
• 6–8 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with strong experience leading technical teams or projects.
• Proven track record of delivering end-to-end AI solutions in production environments.
• Strong proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with frameworks such as PyTorch/TensorFlow, LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith, and MLFlow.
• Deep understanding of generative AI, agentic systems, and prompt engineering techniques.
• Experience in designing scalable and maintainable AI systems with a strong focus on performance and reliability.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage technical delivery, and ensure high engineering standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a clear focus on delivering business value through AI.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams and contributing to architectural and strategic decisions.
