YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will work alongside our international developer and designer teams.

• Work with designer teams and product managers to ideate software solutions.
• Design and develop both client-side and server-side architecture solutions.
• Develop and manage well-functioning databases.
• Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Proficiency with Go Programming Language
• Fundamental knowledge of CS concepts (DS/Algorithms, Operating Systems, etc..) and experience maintaining and building web infrastructure. This includes overlap w/ SRE responsibilities, knowledge of distributed systems, and experience making scalability tradeoffs/decisions.
• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Reactjs and React Native.
• Familiarity with server-side languages such as Node js.
• Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL, Postgresql
• Familiarity with fundamental front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery).
• 1+ years of experience as a backend/infra engineer.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Good problem-solving skills.

• Have worked in an Agile environment
• Experience working remotely and with remote teams
