Job Role:

The Learning Design & Program Development Coordinator is responsible for leading the end-to-end design and development of learning programs aimed at improving employee performance, core competencies, and business growth, particularly within leadership and succession development initiatives.

Reporting to the Learning Center Manager, you will oversee a team of learning instructors to ensure that all learning initiatives—ranging from digital transformation programs to leadership culture internalization—are effectively implemented across the organization. This role requires a strong balance of instructional design expertise and project management capability to ensure all training programs are aligned with business objectives and strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute the full ADDIE framework (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) for learning programs, including performance development, competency development, and leadership succession initiatives.
  • Manage learning initiatives related to digital transformation, including LMS implementation and instructor capability development for digital-based training delivery.
  • Design and implement culture internalization programs to embed organizational values across all employee levels.
  • Oversee external education partnerships, including coordination of training programs, instructor resources, and quality standard monitoring with educational institutions.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge management systems within the learning and development ecosystem.
  • Coordinate selection and development programs for regional and national-level initiatives as required by external stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Management, Psychology, or a related field, preferably with certification in Training & Development or instructional design, and 3–5 years of experience in Training & Development (L&D or T&D), including at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role managing the full training lifecycle.
  • Prior experience in Human Resources consulting industry is highly preferred, with strong expertise in the end-to-end training lifecycle covering analysis, design, development, delivery, and evaluation of training programs.
  • Mastery of the ADDIE framework, strong understanding of competency management and Training Needs Analysis (TNA), and familiarity with knowledge management systems.
  • Proven capability in project management and people management, particularly in managing trainers or instructors within structured learning environments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with professional-level English communication skills when required.
  • Strong leadership presence with high confidence, integrity, and ability to work independently under minimal supervision, along with a flexible and adaptable mindset and willingness to travel domestically for business purposes.
