Acting as a bridge between advanced engineering technology and local industrial needs, the company supports market penetration in mining, maritime, and construction sectors by offering tailored solution designs and a reliable supply chain for genuine parts. Its focus is on delivering high-performance, reliable diesel engines and spare parts to a growing portfolio of B2B clients, particularly in high-demand segments such as tugboats and power generation.

Job Role:

The Sales Representative – Marine Engine drives revenue growth and expands the customer base for marine engines and spare parts nationwide. Reporting to the Director, the role involves identifying industrial leads, building and maintaining client relationships, closing sales deals, and managing after-sales support in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and acquire new B2B clients in the mining, maritime, and power generation sectors.
  • Conduct presentations to explain the advantages and technical specifications of products to prospective buyers.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat orders for spare parts and services.
  • Track competitor activities and market trends to provide feedback for sales strategies.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process from initial inquiry and quotation to contract negotiation and payment collection.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical), Business/Marketing, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in machinery or equipment, particularly in the maritime sector.
  • Basic knowledge of marine propulsion engines, marine gearboxes, and marine generator sets.
  • Strong network and customer database in the shipping industry, including shipyards, ship owners, and marine associations.
  • Understanding of engine specifications (horsepower, torque, thermal efficiency), heavy equipment market, major competitors, and ability to read technical manuals.
  • Proficient in managing the full sales cycle, including lead generation, quotation, negotiation, and closing contracts.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills; results-oriented, resilient, and comfortable with fieldwork.
  • Willingness to travel across Indonesia and professional-level English for reporting, presentations, and communication with stakeholders.
