Job Role:
The HR & GA Specialist is responsible for managing the office’s human resources and general affairs. This role reports directly to the Director and covers end-to-end HR duties, including recruitment, payroll, and industrial relations, while also overseeing the maintenance and operational needs of the office and warehouse facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Human Resources: Responsible for the recruitment process, onboarding, employee attendance, and payroll.
- Industrial Relations: Manage employee contracts and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
- General Affairs: Oversee office and warehouse facility maintenance (electricity, water, etc.).
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with third-party vendors for office supplies and maintenance services.
- Legal & Licensing: Handle company permits and business licenses.
- Asset Management: Maintain records of company assets and office equipment.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Psychology, Management, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in HR & GA, including recruitment, HR administration, employee contracts, vendor management, licensing, and asset management, preferably in machinery or equipment industries.
- Knowledge of Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan), payroll calculation, and BPJS management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT) and experienced in general affairs and vendor coordination.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, able to work independently, and adaptable to a startup environment.
- Professional-level English or Mandarin for communication and coordination.
