Job Role:
The Spare Part Coordinator is a specialized warehouse coordinator based in Jakarta, focused on managing the high-volume inventory of over 3,000 SKUs. The role is designed for an organized professional who can independently oversee warehouse operations, maintain 100% stock accuracy, and use digital systems to track complex sparepart movements effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warehouse Operations: Manage daily inbound and outbound activities to ensure all spareparts are received and dispatched correctly.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels and conduct regular audits to maintain system accuracy for a large volume of SKUs.
- System Management: Use warehouse management systems and digital tools to track data and prevent stock discrepancies.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with internal departments to handle sparepart requests and ensure timely availability for operations.
- Structured Reporting: Create clear, data-driven reports on inventory status, stock aging, and warehouse performance.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, or related discipline.
- 2–3 years of experience handling inventory in logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing, including managing high-volume sparepart warehouses (3,000+ SKUs).
- Strong knowledge of inbound, outbound, and inventory management processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with modern warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Able to independently manage warehouse operations and demonstrate leadership capacity.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in solving operational issues.
- Professional-level English or Mandarin for communication and coordination.
