Core Technical Skills

• Infrastructure: Design, build, and support of enterprise IT infrastructure across on-premise and hybrid environments
• Networking: Strong understanding of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
• Switching & Routing: Hands-on experience with enterprise network switches and routers
• Firewalls & Security: Configuration and management of firewalls, VPNs, and network security policies
• MPLS Networks: Proven experience supporting MPLS connectivity across multi-site environments
• Data Centre Management: Knowledge of data centre operations, maintenance, and optimisation
• Virtualisation: Strong experience with VMware and/or Hyper-V environments
• Wi-Fi & Connectivity: Management and optimisation of enterprise wireless and Wi-Fi networks
• DNS: Configuration, management, and troubleshooting of DNS services and records
