The Opportunity

We are looking for a IT Programme Manager (Software Delivery) to work closely with our Director, leading the successful delivery of complex, global retail technology programmes.

This is a highly visible, customer-facing leadership role where you will:

• Manage large-scale global delivery programmes
• Software Product Delivery
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with CIOs, IT Directors and C-suite stakeholders
• Oversee enterprise governance and programme reporting
• Lead distributed and offshore delivery teams
• Drive successful implementation of retail and ecommerce technology solutions

You will play a key role in ensuring our enterprise clients realise the full value of Enactor’s platform.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a senior delivery professional who brings gravitas, commercial awareness, and a strong track record in enterprise programme leadership.

Essential Experience:

✅ 10+ years in Software Delivery / Programme Management

✅ Proven experience managing enterprise-level stakeholders and governance structures

✅ Strong experience delivering complex technical programmes

✅ Experience leading and coordinating offshore teams

✅ Background in retail, ecommerce, or unified commerce environments
