We are looking for a proactive and driven Intern – Digital Marketing & Business Development who will play a key role in spearheading lead generation initiatives and supporting our digital marketing efforts. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both client acquisition and data-driven marketing, contributing directly to the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development
Actively follow up with leads via email and phone
Identify and connect with relevant decision-makers within target organizations
Conduct research to identify new potential prospects and market opportunities
Support the Business Development Manager in building and nurturing client relationships
Maintain and update client data in CRM/database systems
Assist in outreach strategies and lead qualification processes
- Digital Marketing
Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and email marketing
Assist in managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns (search, display) for lead generation
Monitor, track, and analyze website and campaign performance using Google Analytics
Create, edit, and optimize high-quality content for ads, emails, landing pages, and social media
Conduct keyword research and support campaign optimization based on performance data
Utilize tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator for targeted outreach and lead nurturing
Contribute creative ideas to improve digital engagement, brand visibility, and conversion rates
- Ideal Candidate Profile
Currently pursuing a qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Excellent content writing and communication skills with the ability to create compelling marketing content
Strong command of English (written and spoken)
Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Basic understanding of customer service principles and business communication (preferred)
