We’re Hiring: Compliance Manager

City Pharmacy Limited is seeking a proactive and experienced Compliance Manager to lead regulatory compliance across our pharmacy, clinic, and medical centre operations. If you are passionate about ensuring safe, ethical, and compliant healthcare services, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs for pharmacy and clinical operations.

Ensure adherence to all PNG pharmaceutical, healthcare, and patient privacy regulations.

Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify gaps and drive corrective actions.

Manage licensing requirements, inspections, and regulatory submissions.

Train employees on compliance standards, policies, and ethical practices.

Investigate breaches and lead improvements to strengthen organisation‑wide compliance.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Law, Pharmacy, Health Administration, or related discipline.

At least 5 years’ experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or healthcare management.

Strong understanding of PNG health and pharmacy regulatory frameworks.

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.

Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and influence compliance culture.
