We’re Hiring: Clinic Manager
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinic Manager to lead the daily operations of our City Pharmacy clinics and medical centres. The ideal candidate will ensure the delivery of high‑quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and efficient management of clinical teams and resources. This is a key leadership role requiring strong operational expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for improving patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
Clinic Operations & Patient Care
Oversee day‑to‑day operations of clinics and medical centres, ensuring smooth workflow and exceptional patient service.
Maintain high standards of care and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and internal policies.
Address patient inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Team Leadership
Supervise and support clinical staff, including rostering, performance management, and ongoing training.
Resource & Inventory Management
Monitor medical supplies and equipment, coordinating with procurement to maintain stock levels.
Ensure efficient use of resources and maintain a safe, well‑equipped clinical environment.
Operational Excellence & Reporting
Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
Prepare and analyse operational reports, including patient volumes, revenue, and resource utilisation.
Work collaboratively with other departments to support integrated healthcare services and overall business goals.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical or healthcare management.
Strong leadership, organisational, and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Sound knowledge of PNG healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in healthcare systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
