The Job
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records.
- Manage student registrations in line with institutional policies.
- Support academic processes to ensure smooth student lifecycle operations.
- Ensure tasks are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with regulations.
- Communicate effectively with students and internal departments.
- Monitor processes to enhance student satisfaction and service quality.
- Assist with financial administrative tasks, including fee coordination.
- Collaborate with academic and administrative teams.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
The Person
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in academic administration or student services.
- Strong understanding of student registration and academic coordination.
- Familiarity with education sector regulations is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
