Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth descriptive analysis of large-scale healthcare datasets and extract meaningful features to deliver analytical models.
• Design, develop, and validate machine learning models to integrate in healthcare applications.
• Identify and use appropriate analytic tools to execute analysis against business requirements.
• Manage data science projects end-to-end while translating vague problem statements into structured analytical frameworks.
• Evaluate the impact and performance of data-driven products.
• Work closely with clinical and product teams to integrate data-driven insights.

Technical Requirements

• Proven track record of modeling real-world analytical problems.
• Extensive experience with the Python data science ecosystem (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn)
• Proficient in PyTorch for building and deploying neural network architectures.
• Strong skills in algorithm development & Predictive modeling.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex analytical and technical content

Good to have

• Prior experience with clinical/healthcare datasets
• Strong understanding of statistical methods and time series data analysis.
