Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Engineer to ensure the reliability, performance, and security of our trading platforms and fintech solutions. This role involves designing and executing comprehensive test strategies, including automation, performance, and security testing, while leveraging KPI monitoring and industry-standard tools like JMeter and Postman.

Key Responsibilities:

● Test Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement robust QA strategies, creating detailed test plans and test cases to ensure thorough coverage of system requirements.

● KPI Monitoring: Implement and monitor key performance indicators to measure system stability, responsiveness, and efficiency.

● API Testing with Postman: Design and execute API test scenarios to validate endpoints, data accuracy, and performance.

● Performance Testing with JMeter: Conduct load, stress, and performance testing to ensure the system meets scalability and reliability benchmarks.

● Security Testing: Perform advanced security testing, including SQL Injection and other vulnerability assessments, to safeguard system integrity and compliance.

● Automation Framework Development: Build and maintain scalable automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or similar technologies.

● Defect Tracking & Reporting: Identify, document, and track issues using JIRA, collaborating closely with developers and product teams to resolve them efficiently.

● Regression Testing: Execute regression testing to ensure new releases do not disrupt existing functionalities.

● Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional Agile teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure quality is embedded throughout the software development lifecycle.

● Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in QA processes, tools, and methodologies, and drive initiatives to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

● 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on automation, performance, and security testing.

● Hands-on experience with Postman for API testing and JMeter for performance testing.

● Knowledge of security testing techniques, including SQL Injection, cross-site scripting (XSS), and other vulnerability assessments.

● Proficiency with tools like Selenium, Cypress, or similar frameworks.

● Strong understanding of scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or C#.

● KPIs: Experience in defining and tracking key performance indicators to measure system health and performance.

● Proven ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborate with cross- functional teams.

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills:

● ISTQB or similar QA certification.

● Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

● Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

● Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
