Responsibilities

• Define and execute the organization’s AI strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business and product goals.
• Lead the design, implementation, and scaling of enterprise-grade AI and agentic systems across multiple digital platforms.
• Partner with engineering, product, and data teams to embed AI-driven intelligence into core software solutions.
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing AI team focused on innovation, efficiency, and measurable business impact.
• Evaluate and adopt emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and tools (e.g., LLMs, multimodal models, autonomous agents) to drive innovation and differentiation.
• Establish and enforce AI governance standards focused on ethics, bias, security, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
• Translate complex AI concepts into strategic insights and actionable initiatives for executive and business stakeholders.
• Partner with leadership to identify business opportunities where AI can drive growth, automation, and customer value.
• Represent the company at AI conferences, industry panels, and networking events to strengthen our presence in the global AI community.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related discipline (PhD preferred).
• Overall 10+ years of experience in the IT industry, including 7+ years of hands-on experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Deep understanding of advanced and emerging AI technologies (e.g., Generative AI, LLMs, computer vision, predictive analytics, agentic systems) and their commercial applications.
• Proven success in defining and executing large-scale AI strategies and deploying AI capabilities across multiple business domains.
• Experience establishing AI governance frameworks and ensuring enterprise compliance, security, and ethical AI standards.
• Strong familiarity with modern AI/ML architectures, data pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex AI concepts into strategic business outcomes.
• Ability to inspire, guide, and manage a multidisciplinary team in a dynamic, results-driven environment.
