Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Responsibilities
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and internal events.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications (emails, letters, calls).
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation systems.
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
2. Collection Coordination
- Coordinate with clients/customers regarding outstanding payments.
- Track and manage accounts receivable records.
- Follow up on pending invoices and ensure timely collections.
- Work closely with the Finance Department for reconciliation and reporting.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all collection efforts and communications.
3. HR Coordination
- Assist in recruitment activities including posting job advertisements, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR databases.
- Prepare HR-related letters and documentation (appointments, confirmations, etc.).
- Provide support in implementing HR policies and internal initiatives.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR and/or administration (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Ability to multitask and handle confidential information professionally.
- Strong follow-up skills, especially in collections coordination.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
