About The Role

We are looking for a highly skilled EUC – MDM Intune Administrator to join our team of EUC Engineering professionals. The role focuses on managing and deploying modern device management solutions using Microsoft Intune. This hands-on position involves managing technical requirements, removing obstacles, leading migration programs, and providing end-to-end user support during platform transitions.

Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka (Remote) / Employment Type: Full time & Contract (Paid in AUD)

Key Responsibilities

• Proficient in working with Intune as part of Microsoft Modern Desktop Administration.
• Experience in using Windows Autopilot for modern OS deployment and device management.
• Administering Intune environments, including PC management, Mobile Device Management (MDM), and Mobile Application Management (MAM).
• Designing, configuring, and implementing Intune policies to support business needs.
• Experience with co-management (Intune + SCCM) as part of a modern device management transformation strategy.
• Supporting various scenarios based on device identities, including Azure AD, Hybrid Azure AD, and On-Premise configurations.
• Creating and analyzing Intune-based reports on compliance, application protection, audit logs, and usage trends.
• Writing and maintaining Standard Operational Documentation (SOPs) to support organizational standards.
• Configuring device settings to enable Azure AD join for Windows 10 devices.
• Managing MDM auto-enrollment configurations for Windows 10 devices to ensure seamless integration into the corporate environment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in MDM and Intune administration.
• Strong understanding of Windows Autopilot and modern desktop deployment methodologies.
• Familiarity with Azure AD and Hybrid Azure AD configurations.
• Ability to manage Intune policies and deliver actionable insights through reporting.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to streamline migration processes.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
