Our marketing materials — from social media campaigns to printed brochures and exhibition stands — play a vital role in presenting our brand consistently and professionally across global markets.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly creative Graphic Designer with a minimum of 7 years’ demonstrable professional experience in digital and print design. This role will work closely with the Head of Marketing and the Head of Application Design to develop compelling marketing materials that strengthen Enactor’s brand presence.

The focus of the position is the creation of high-quality marketing assets for:

  • Social media platforms (particularly B2B channels such as LinkedIn)
  • Digital marketing campaigns
  • Printed collateral
  • Event and exhibition materials, including large-format stands and backdrops
  • Experience in video creation, editing and animation is advantageous, but not essential.

Note

This is an office-based role. The successful candidate must be willing to work on-site five days per week alongside the wider team. This position is not remote or hybrid.

Key Responsibilities

• Design visually compelling digital marketing assets for social media, email campaigns and online promotion.

• Create high-quality printed materials including brochures, leaflets, posters, stationery, sales collateral and exhibition graphics.

• Develop large-format artwork for trade shows, conference stands and branded environments.

• Ensure all designs adhere strictly to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all channels.

• Prepare accurate, print-ready artwork with strong attention to typography, layout and visual hierarchy.

• Manage artwork through to final production, liaising with external print suppliers where required.

• Adapt and repurpose content effectively across different formats and platforms.

• Maintain organised asset libraries, templates and brand resources for efficient reuse.

• Contribute creative ideas to marketing campaigns and suggest improvements to visual communications.

• Stay up to date with trends in graphic design, print production and B2B marketing communications.

Nice to have:

• Experience in video editing, motion graphics or simple animations for social media.

• Basic storyboarding and short-form promotional video production.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 7 -10 years’ professional experience in graphic design (digital and print).

• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.

• Strong understanding of print production processes, paper stocks, finishes and file preparation.

• Demonstrable experience producing marketing materials for B2B audiences.

• A strong portfolio showcasing social media campaigns, printed collateral and exhibition materials.

• Excellent typographic, layout and visual storytelling skills.

• High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality.
