We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Executive - Reservations to join our Head Office team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling room reservations, managing booking systems, and supporting revenue strategies across multiple hotel properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily reservations operations
• Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
• Maximize room occupancy and revenue through effective reservations management
• Resolve overbooking or special request issues
• Respond professionally to inquiries
• Maintain proper occupancy reports and reservation records
• Coordinate with Sales, Front Office and other departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Minimum 2 - 3 years' experience in reservations in the hospitality sector
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in hotel reservation systems and MS Office
• A passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
