Coordinate the development, evaluation, and renewal of employment policies and ensure alignment with applicable government regulations
Draft and review legal documents related to human capital (e.g., employee handbook, fixed-term agreements/PKWT, employment contracts) and identify potential legal risks
Provide legal advice and formal opinions on employee relations and employment law matters within the organization
Collaborate with Human Capital and business leaders to ensure effective policy implementation and company-wide compliance monitoring
Support strategic initiatives, process improvements, reporting activities, and Quality Management System implementation within the employee legal and compliance area
Job Requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Law
Minimum 2 years of experience as Senior Staff level or 4 years of relevant experience in legal, compliance, or employee relations
Strong legal drafting skills with experience handling employment-related legal documents
Solid understanding of Indonesian labor law and general Indonesian law (Civil, Criminal, Family Law, etc.)
Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively across functions
Willing to be placed in Jakarta Barat
