Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the development, evaluation, and renewal of employment policies and ensure alignment with applicable government regulations

  • Draft and review legal documents related to human capital (e.g., employee handbook, fixed-term agreements/PKWT, employment contracts) and identify potential legal risks

  • Provide legal advice and formal opinions on employee relations and employment law matters within the organization

  • Collaborate with Human Capital and business leaders to ensure effective policy implementation and company-wide compliance monitoring

  • Support strategic initiatives, process improvements, reporting activities, and Quality Management System implementation within the employee legal and compliance area

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Law

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as Senior Staff level or 4 years of relevant experience in legal, compliance, or employee relations

  • Strong legal drafting skills with experience handling employment-related legal documents

  • Solid understanding of Indonesian labor law and general Indonesian law (Civil, Criminal, Family Law, etc.)

  • Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively across functions

  • Willing to be placed in Jakarta Barat
