Tele Sales Executive (IPG Sales & Compliance)
Job Summary
Responsible for acquiring new merchants for Internet Payment Gateway (IPG) services and handling the complete onboarding process including basic compliance verification before activation.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and onboard new merchants for IPG services
- Explain IPG features, charges, and settlement process
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process
- Assess merchant suitability for onboarding
- Collect and verify required registration documents
- Perform basic KYC and background checks
- Identify and escalate high-risk or suspicious businesses
- Coordinate internally for approval and activation
- Maintain proper records and CRM updates
- Achieve monthly onboarding targets
Requirements
- 1–3 years experience in sales, banking, fintech, or compliance
- Basic knowledge of online payment processing preferred
- Understanding of KYC procedures is an advantage
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Target-oriented with attention to detail
