About the Role:

• The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, execution, and cost control of large-scale construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and operational excellence at every stage.

Responsibilities:

• Will be responsible for overall construction includes project management, execution and cost controlling

• Work on continuously improving systems, technology, communication practices, vendors/contractor search and empanelment practices etc. to ensure decreasing costs, highest quality and timely delivery for construction, purchase, inventory, logistics operations maintenance.

• To monitor contractors’ work for compliance with schedule, budget, quality, safety and overall conformance with the contract documents.

• To supervise the Construction Managers and responsible for directly leading the following department’s i.e Structural, Electrical, Survey, Infrastructure, Quality, MEP & Finishing to monitor construction progress, including worker productivity and compliance with building and safety codes.

• Work with senior management and other stakeholders to ensure all projects are completed before schedule, of excellent quality and within the budget.

Requirements/ Eligibility:

• 15+ years of experience managing end-to-end construction execution of large residential/commercial projects.

• Must have experience in HIGH RISE (Luxury) Residential Projects.

• Strong command over cost control, scheduling, contractor management, quality and safety compliance.

• Proven leadership across Structural, MEP, Electrical, Infrastructure, Finishing & Quality teams.

• Experience driving process improvement, vendor/contractor empanelment, and cost optimization.

Additional Information:

Highly Preferred:

• Immediate/ Early joiners within 30 days Max. • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred) - But Not Mandatory

Please Note:

• This is 6 days work from office role (Sunday is usually a holiday).

• Project is a High Rise Luxury Residential of G+25 floors, 3 Towers.

• Project Site: Howrah

Required Qualification: Diploma in Civil - Minimum
