A reputed IT & Cloud Solutions provider is looking for skilled Technical Support Engineers to strengthen their systems and cloud security operations. This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in Microsoft 365, Cloud Infrastructure, and Cyber Security, who enjoy working in advanced technical environments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze, recommend, and implement cyber security and information security solutions.
- Conduct detailed security reviews of new cloud services and SaaS applications.
- Develop vulnerability management metrics and report to senior management.
- Create clear and executable standard operating procedures and technical documentation.
- Perform advanced systems integration and support solution design and implementation.
- Handle incident prevention, detection, containment, eradication, and recovery.
- Monitor, patch, and support client cloud infrastructure and supporting software.
- Troubleshoot operating system and third-party application issues.
- Research emerging technologies and apply innovative solutions to business needs.
- Monitor system configurations, ensure data integrity, and perform system backups.
- Follow industry best practices for automation, deployment, and security.
- Manage general system administration tasks.
- Resolve technical issues escalated by Level 1 support teams.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Office 365 Administration (MS-900 level or above).
- Experience in support desk operations and direct end-user engagement.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals and firewalls.
- Strong understanding of Cloud Infrastructure (Azure and AWS).
- Experience with O365 compliance portals and security configurations.
- Proven experience supporting enterprise cloud-based systems.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and deployments.
- Solid background in cloud security and compliance.
- Microsoft 365 certification series is an added advantage.
- Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) is an advantage.
