One of our reputed clients in the IT & Cloud Services industry is seeking experienced Senior Systems Administrators to support and enhance enterprise-level cloud infrastructure and security operations. The ideal candidates will have strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Cloud Platforms (Azure & AWS), and Cloud Security, with the ability to mentor teams and handle complex systems environments.

SALARY: Negotiable

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support, manage, and continuously improve company and client cloud infrastructure and cloud strategy.
• Monitor, patch, and support client cloud systems and software, resolving escalated technical issues.
• Ensure data integrity, perform system backups, and enhance operations using scripting, AI, or automation tools.
• Troubleshoot operating system and third-party application issues.
• Manage core system administration tasks and support development team requirements.
• Implement and maintain cyber security and information security solutions.
• Conduct security reviews of new cloud services and SaaS platforms.
• Develop vulnerability management metrics and report findings to senior management.
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures and technical documentation.
• Provide advanced technical expertise for systems integration projects.
• Handle incident management and research emerging technologies.
• Follow industry best practices for automation, deployment, and security.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Administration.
• Proven experience in support desk management and direct end-user engagement.
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts and firewalls.
• Deep understanding of Cloud Infrastructure (Azure and AWS).
• Experience with O365 compliance portals and security configurations.
• Demonstrated experience supporting large, cloud-based enterprise systems.
• Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and deployments.
• Strong background in Cloud Security and Compliance.
• Willingness and ability to mentor and develop technical teams.
• Excellent customer service skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

• MS-500 – Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate
• AZ-900 – Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals
• MS-900 – Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals
